Eduardo is an experienced collaborative leader with over 15 years of Real Estate development experience handling commercial developments from ground-up projects to major renovations. Architect graduated at Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela; he holds a master’s degree in Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in Construction Project Management at Northwestern University and a Hospitality Management certificate from Cornell University. Eduardo is a LEED Certified Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) South Florida Chapter.
Eduardo's main expertise and most recent accomplishments came from managing the PMO office at Riviera Point Development Group, a Florida based Development Company, which managed and completed the development of 185,000s.f. of office space and 200,000s.f. of hospitality developments valued at around $150,000,000 in the last 10 years.
As an independent consultant, Eduardo has provided consultancy services to various clients helping them acquiring and securing entitlements to develop and operate multifamily rental units in the Chicago area.
